We want you to be happy with Lupus. Because there is a genuinely useful free tier and a free trial on subscriptions, you can evaluate the app before paying.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account; you keep Pro until the end of the current billing period. If you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

Team plans

A team is one subscription billed per seat, and the account that bought it is the one we refund or cancel — individual members cannot cancel the team's billing. Cancelling stops future renewals and every seat keeps Pro until the end of the period already paid for. Removing a member frees their seat immediately but is not refunded for the remainder of the period.

Payments & billing

Card payments are processed by Whop; PayPal and cryptocurrency are also available, and team seats can be paid by either. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your Lupus account; cancelling stops future renewals and you keep Pro until the end of the paid period.

Monthly and annual plans include a 7-day free trial. Paying by card starts the trial and the first charge falls on day 7 unless you cancel before then. Paying in cryptocurrency works differently: a crypto invoice leaves nothing on file to charge, so a crypto trial simply ends after 7 days and Pro stops until an invoice is paid — nothing is ever charged automatically.
